The Miami Heat have another tough game before them on Monday as they head to Los Angeles to face the Clippers after dropping one in Utah on Saturday. Although they have been without Paul George for their last several games, including a contest on Sunday, they may have him back for Monday’s contest with the Miami Heat.

Nevertheless though, regardless of whether PG is there or not, the Miami Heat will have their hands full. There’s a bright side though, as there always is with a guy like me.

Just as much as the Miami Heat have a tough challenge before them, not only with the Clippers, but across the rest of their road trip, they also have an opportunity.

Let’s chat about it a bit.

For me, it’s not either/or with Max Strus and Duncan Robinson. light. Also

The Miami Heat have a chance to bounce back in a major way after a tough loss to Utah.

As mentioned, the Miami Heat face the Clippers on Monday, the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday, the Sacramento Kings again on Thursday, the Los Angeles Lakers on Primetime next Saturday, and close their trip against the Thunder in Oklahoma City. They should win at least two of those five, hands down.

They should beat both Oklahoma City and Sacramento. If we’re being honest, they should beat Golden State as well.

Though Steph Curry can go off from deep, they should be able to contain everyone else with them being down a few big guys. That’s why I would say that it would be a “win” if they won 3/5 and expected for 2/5.

However, if they could find a way to steal just one win against one of the LA teams, they would officially be excelling on this road trip. Now, by some miracle, if they could get both of those and somehow manage to finish the rest of this trip flawless, we would be cooking with peanut oil.

We can wish, right? Let’s just hope they get the three, while knowing we should expect four wins out of the five for a team that just left the NBA Finals.

They are capable, we should hold them to that standard, and they need to start playing like it.
