Miami Heat Glad To Be Home: Bam Adebayo

When asked about why he’s glad to be home, Bam Adebayo‘s answer was a bit more practical. They say the simplest things in life are the sweetest and that is the absolute truth with Bam.

Here is why he said he was glad to be home.

"“I want to see my little dog,” he said. “I’m tired of using Uber Eats. It’s adding up. I’m ready to get a home-cooked meal and get in my bed.”"

We can certainly understand that Bam and being a dog parent myself, I can certainly understand that part as well. I also understand wanting a home cooked meal and your own bed, but there is something that puzzles me.

While I am not one to get in someone else’s pockets, clock anyones practicality, or frugality, did Bam say Uber Eats was “adding up”, as in to say that it’s becoming a burden on his billfold? Is this the guy that just signed a deal for $163 million dollars?

That’s a huge laugh, but I can’t say that I am mad at the guy for being… thrifty… let us say. They say the best way to keep your money is to not be loose with it, all willy nilly and all.

Bam obviously prescribes to that notion. On the actual basketball though, there were some things we learned there as well from Winderman’s piece.
