The Miami Heat are streaking again, albeit only of the two-game variety. While it doesn’t matter how many they’ve won in a row, it does matter that they are winning again.

While he hasn’t had the chance to have that big of an impact already for his new team, the Miami Heat’s most recent addition in Victor Oladipo, did make his debut with the team on Thursday night. While his stat line wasn’t the most impressive, he did make a sizable impact.

When you talk about the things that don’t show up on a boxscoreDipo was fully in his element. Whether it be his defense, his gravity as a player, or his ability to get everyone in a good or the right spot, he had an impact.

That’s just where the focus is today though. That would be his ability to make sure that everyone around him is where they are supposed to be in order for the team to operate at it’s peak effectiveness.

Some people call this being a floor general, because well, that’s exactly what it is. Dipo was that on Thursday night in just his very first game.
