The Miami Heat need another big to compliment Bam Adebayo and the crew heading into Playoffs.

If you look back to Game One of the NBA Finals last year, when Adebayo got into foul trouble and Anthony David’s took advantage of Adebayo being out, that’s the story they should be trying to avoid. Miami can not let his happen during the playoffs.

Relying solely on Adebayo to stay out of foul trouble is a game that I do not want to play. What happens if Miami gets back in the Finals and the Los Angeles Lakers are there again?

With Davis and Andre Drummond on the glass, they’d be too big for the Miami Heat to deal with. With Achiuwa, again, appearing as though he isn’t ready for the playoff rotation as of now, what are Miami’s options?

Perhaps, they could go smaller, while spreading the court so Embiid has to guard around the perimeter. Yeah, I suppose that could work, at times but for some reason, I still don’t think that will be enough to stop Embiid.

Also, earlier this year when Miami played Philadelphia, Embiid torched Achiuwa for almost the entire game. Miami can not have that happen in the playoffs or even leave it up to chance.

Who’s out there though?
