What other Miami Heat options are out there at the big positions?

Some other options Miami could look at are the bargain bin free agency guys like: Greg Monroe, Larry Sanders, Justin Patton and/or Dewayne Dedmon. However, there was chatter that Dedmon wasn’t looking to jump back into the league until next season.

So and as you can see, Miami does not have a lot of options out there plus with the buyout market looking to be all dried up, Miami will need to do whatever they have to in order to solid the depth there. Miami’s defense has been really good lately, while the offense has been up and down all year.

I know coach Erik Spoelstra likes his bigs to be mobile, so that’s another factor into the Miami Heat’s decision. Even with that though, they need another big for the playoffs when the game slows down and rebounds are more important than ever.

This is especially when Adebayo needs a break from time to time. Again, Miami just needs another guy to spell 10 minutes or so in the playoffs and preferably, one that rebounds at a good clip.

While there aren’t indications who or if it might be, at this point, another guy of size would surely help the roster.
