Miami Heat’s Duncan Robinson is not only back, but better than before!

The Miami Heat need Duncan Robinson to continue shooting at this elevated level of excellence in order to achieve their ultimate goals, a title or two. If he can, then they have just as good a shot as anyone to do it.

With the rest of the roster they’ve assembled, he has a great shot to keep getting the looks that he’s getting as well. History says that he should knock them down.

In also taking a look back across his last seven games, there’s been a funky pattern. He’s literally made four, six, four, six, four, six, and then four three pointers in those seven games consecutively.

The pattern looks like this for clarity, “4,6,4,6,4,6,4”, with his last game being one of the four-make variety for him. With that wacky pattern in place, you’d have to imagine that he’ll make six in his next contest, then four, then six again, and so on.

They face the Lakers on Thursday night (their next contest), so the theory will be put to the test. Whether he makes the six or not, if he can keep shooting at the volume that he has been and while hitting almost 55 percent of his shots, he’ll still be very effective.

This though, has been why Duncan Robinson is not only “byke”, but perhaps, even better than ever.
