The Miami Heat’s, Jimmy Butler, gives them a leg-up in the Kyle Lowry sweepstakes, if they want it.

It’s interesting to find out that Lowry is one of the guys he trusts the most, as the godfather of your child is someone you trust to look out for them if something were to ever happen to you as the parent, typically. It’s also worth noting or commenting about something else that Jimmy said here.

This is the sentence in question: “I would say something else, but then the NBA is going to look at this and be like, ‘Oh my god, he’s tampering.’ ”

What’s that mean? Well, Jimmy was either about to say that he and Kyle still want to play together or that they will be playing together in the near future, as Lowry is free to choose his own home come the offseason.

It’s definitely something to watch, but Jimmy surely has to mean a ton in whatever decision Lowry makes, as apparently, they are extremely close. Until then though and with an eye towards that, it’s good to know that he’s the guy that Jimmy trust the most, because it’s probably a mutual feeling for Lowry.

That means good things if the Miami Heat want to bring Lowry into the mix.
