The NBA play-in tournament begins tonight and unlike those other losers; the Miami Heat are comfortably clear of the one-game madness. So why should Miami Heat fans watch?

Well, it’s playoff basketball, which is great. It is also a tournament where one bad game could spell the end of your series.

And this is the first iteration of said format. All great reasons.

However, I will do you four reasons better. Here is a reason to watch each of the play-in games, even as Miami Heat fans.

The Ja Morant factor should be enough to captivate your attention. However, I’m putting the entire Grizzlies backcourt here.

The Grizzlies are a young team that is tons of mistake-riddled fun to watch. The backcourt is the epitome of this vibe.

Let’s run through them quickly. Morant is one of the most athletically gifted point guards in the league with game-breaking potential.

Dillon Brooks was given the green light in high school and it never turned off for him. He will shoot and shoot and shoot some more.

Tyus Jones is the surgeon of the group and by far the least mistake prone. Grayson Allen actually has moments off the bench and you can see in his eyes that he is dying to trip someone.

De’Anthony Melton is a sneaky good defender off the bench, leading the team with 1.3 steals per game. It is an amazingly diverse and fun group that does not cease to entertain.
