The Miami Heat are in flux. While they don’t need a complete makeover, a slight facelift wouldn’t hurt.

In that process, they could stand to add a piece or two, including a three-level capable lead guard and a big capable of playing next to Bam (Dewayne Dedmon… anyone?). With all of that on their plates though, there is one more area that they could stand to address.

Where the NBA Bubble Season, 2019-2020, saw the Miami Heat eat and thrive from deep territory, they weren’t quite able to ride that aspect of their game to the same type of success this year. So, perhaps they could add a bit more.

You also have the fact that they may be set to lose a few guys. If you take an inventory, a few names could see themselves elsewhere.

Duncan Robinson, Kendrick Nunn, and Trevor Ariza were all key shooters for Miami last season that could find themselves gone in free agency. Tyler Herro has seen his name in rumors as well, meaning he might not be there either.

With all that in mind and even if they return the lot of this year’s guys, there are a few guys that are set to hit the market that could be had and put to good use for this roster. The beautiful thing about it all is that it might not cost a ton to land any of the guys in mind.
