Once again, the Miami Heat find themselves at the forefront of the rumor mill. Well, sort of, as has been rumored for some time now and actually heavily reported in the last few days, depending on what you choose to believe, that Damian Lillard has an interest in, potentially, coming to Miami.

While that can’t be verified, one way or another at the moment, there was something that hit the mill that was worth the attention it came with. You definitely deem it that way after the subject of the report himself, Damian Lillard, came out to address it.

First though, the report. Here is the rumor or report, whichever you deem it, that set the internet and NBA community ablaze on Friday.

Quite the firestarter it was, this is true. It wasn’t long into the morning or morning on the West Coast, at least, where Team USA is currently held up in Las Vegas, that reports then started to come out about an incoming response from Lillard.

The response would be directly to the above report.
