Bam Adebayo has all the tools to be an absolute superstar in the NBA. The Miami Heat struck gold when they selected him in the draft.

He’s improved greatly over the past two seasons and has a chance to do so again this summer with Team USA. However, there are some specific things he could do in order to streamline this improvement.

At 6-9, he may be undersized for the center position, but he makes up for it with elite athleticism. Due to this, he has become one of the most versatile defenders in the NBA.

Offensively, he’s improved his numbers, too. He’s a great passer for his position and has even shown flashes of developing a better jump shot.

Though he’s already an All-Star, there’s always room to get even better. If Adebayo wants to take the next step, he could spend the summer watching, or working out with, some of the game’s best big men.

This doesn’t mean working out with the likes of Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic, though. This means finding some of the greatest of all time and studying their game.

There are plenty of examples of this around the league. The most iconic example is Kobe Bryant working out with players such as Jayson Tatum and Devin Booker.

If Adebayo had the opportunity to work with some of the best big men of all time, it would certainly help him improve his game. After that, the question then becomes, which legends should he be studying this offseason?
