Tyler Herro received a ton of criticism after his sophomore season with the Miami Heat. People had extremely high expectations after he played so well in The Bubble.

He may not have seemed as dominant last year, but he actually improved in almost every statistical category. The only area he regressed in was his three-point shooting percentage.

The fact that the Miami Heat were eliminated in Round 1 didn’t help his case, either. In reality, they just got hit hard with COVID protocols and other injuries.

While Herro had a better season than most give him credit for, there’s still plenty of room for improvement. He could be a great scorer in the NBA if he puts in the work.

That’s another issue people talk about, however. Questions surrounding his work ethic have surfaced over the course of this past season.

There is still plenty of time for him to grow and improve both on and off the court. One thing that could help him do that is to study some of the game’s best.

Current-day players study, work out with, and learn from former players all the time. It often allows them to learn different ways of reaching their full potential.

The best way to learn how to be the best is to learn from the best. Herro would be able to learn first-hand what it takes to succeed in the NBA.

There are plenty of players who could teach Herro how to improve on both ends of the floor. With that being said, who would be able to help him the most?
