Bojan Bogdanovic would fit in super well with the Miami Heat starters. His shooting ability is exactly what they should be looking to add at the power forward.
Last season, Bojan Bogdanovic averaged 17 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.9 assists while shooting 43.9% from the field and 39% from deep. His offense would help the Miami Heat greatly in the scoring column.
Derrick Favors could come in and be the backup center behind Bam Adebayo. He had a quality year in Utah, averaging 5.4 points and 5.5 rebounds.
Lastly, Matt Thomas would be another shooter Erik Spoelstra could use around the perimeter. He is a career 41.3% three-point shooter.
The Utah Jazz could be looking to shake things up after another failed playoff run. They were an amazing regular-season team but just couldn’t deliver in the playoffs.
This deal certainly sees them lose value, but they would also clear up some cap space moving forward. Both Mike Conley and Georges Niang are free agents this offseason who they need to re-sign.
Trading Bogdanovic and Favors clears up a ton of space, as both are on the books for two more years. This deal sees the Jazz add some young players and picks, while also gaining financial flexibility.
Depending on what direction the Jazz decide to go in, this would be a great deal for the Miami Heat to pursue. It adds depth, more importantly, adds shooting.
