Miami Heat: With Justise Winslow Looking Done In Memphis, Is Here An Option?

The Miami Heat could use another ball handler. They could also, always, use another defender along the wings.

Even more with Justise, if he’s right, he can actually help guard some four-men as well. With that, if the money and attitudes are right, then sure they should.

While none of us know what exactly happened between he and the Miami Heat, there is now this. Regardless of what either side said about the other or felt about the other as it ended, the Memphis Grizzlies have now, pretty much, agreed with Miami, if Justise is released or not brought back.

While he still does have potential, that isn’t worth waiting on if he isn’t going to be healthy enough more often than not or committed to working with the team to find balance. That’s what seemed to happen in Miami.

There was a lot of static from both sides, Justise and the team, while they couldn’t meet in the middle on how to handle his injury situation. Well, with communication and the willingness for both sides to compromise, something surely could have been done.

It is all water under the bridge at this point, however, Winslow finds himself in another tricky situation. If he can find something in himself though that allows him to find peace with communicating and that he may have to answer to someone… or try at the very least, then the Miami Heat should most definitely look into him.

Perhaps, things are different for both sides. Perhaps.
