The Miami Heat are excellent at what they do. That’s a proven fact at this point.

It may not always work out exactly as they planned for things to work out, but they always have a great plan of attack going into most situations. The Miami Heat not only consistently excel and do the most with the absolute least, but they consistently do it in the most important sectors of the game. When it comes to any professional sport and professional basketball in the NBA in particular, the sum or success of a team is strictly associated with the quality of player that they roster and the ability to find that quality… efficiently.

As your high-end guys are just that, high end and necessary, they are pretty much slotted in. The same stands for their money and the salary that comes with having one or in this league… a few of those guys.

With that though and where the real talent shines through, from a team building perspective, is being able to find the most for the least and that means gems or finding that undiscovered player.
