NBA 2K22 is just around the corner, with the release date set for September 4, 2021. The Miami Heat made a ton of changes to their roster this summer, so it will be interesting to see how the game rates them.
One of the most fun parts of the game each year is seeing the rating of every player. Sometimes, 2K goes around and has players react to their ratings in real life.
Well, before all that madness begins, let’s take a moment to reflect on NBA 2K21. The game will soon be put down in favor of the newest release, and the player ratings are all but set.
The NBA 2K team often gets criticized for the way they rate players. The criticism comes from a variety of places, too, with players and fans both getting in on the action.
They supposedly update their ratings throughout the year based on how well players perform. However, it’s impossible to please everyone, so some fanbases end up upset with ratings.

Udonis Haslem – 70
Udonis Haslem ended the year with a rating of 70 overall. At 40 years old, this is to be expected, especially considering that he barely played.
Anyone who watches the Miami Heat knows that he is more of a coach than a player at this point. This is a pretty fair rating for Haslem, and if he weren’t so well-respected around the league, it might be even lower.
