The Miami Heat did a great job of transforming their roster this summer. Pat Riley made the best moves possible to put them in a position to compete for a championship.

However, a bunch of other teams also had fairly successful offseasons. Many teams around the league changed up their roster a decent amount.

Whether it was through the draft, free agency, or trades, there are a lot of new faces on a lot of different teams. All that being said, which team was the most successful this summer?

Which teams had a great offseason and which ones failed in their endeavors? Who had the best offseason out of all 30 NBA teams?

30. Philadelphia 76ers

The Sixers had the worst offseason out of any team in the NBA. Andre Drummond is not the answer they were looking for, and Ben Simmons is still on the roster.

From the sounds of it, Simmons is completely fed up with the organization, yet Daryl Morey still has an absurd asking price for him. Philadelphia is an absolute mess right now.

29. Toronto Raptors

The Raptors not only lost their star point guard, but they also just didn’t do much to get better. Re-signing Gary Trent Jr. is fine, but it doesn’t move the needle at all.

They also passed on Jalen Suggs in the draft for Scottie Barnes, which many considered to be a questionable move. Throw in the fact that Goran Dragic came out and publicly said he doesn’t want to be there, and it’s clear that Toronto had a rough summer.
