The final two guys on this list have already proved a ton in a Miami Heat uniform, but find themselves as the targets in some situations. Here is why the first one has stuff to prove.
Bam Adebayo
Though not terribly important when it comes to Bam Adebayo, because he does so much in all areas of the game, there is the fact of his new contract kicking in. With the lucrative nature of the deal and like many other professional athletes before him, there comes a certain pressure with those figures.
For Bam though, it’s all about himself. He has to find something in himself that allows him to be more aggressive on the offensive end.
He just has to take the looks. In a make or miss league, they all won’t fall but the majority will if he takes them and at the very least, good things will happen because he’s being aggressive.
That’s why he’s the next guy with the most to prove, as he has to show that he’s willing to put himself out there further on that side of the ball. The Heat need it.
