Miami Heat players who could average 20 PPG: Tyler Herro

If Tyler Herro can take another jump this year, there’s no reason he can’t be the team’s leading scorer. He is still super young and has a ton of room to grow.

Realistically, Herro is the only true “bucket-getter” on the Miami Heat. In terms of players whose first and only motive is to score the ball, Herro is that guy.

He’ll likely take on the role of the sixth man, but that doesn’t mean he can’t lead the team in scoring. If he can improve a bunch this season, he could be their go-to guy on offense.

Having someone like Herro is extremely beneficial for the Miami Heat. They just need him to reach his full potential so he can be their offensive juggernaut.

Miami Heat players who could average 20 PPG: Duncan Robinson

This may be the most unlikely of the bunch, but there’s still a chance it happens. If everything goes his way, Duncan Robinson could be a 20-point per game scorer.

Robinson is the best three-point shooter on the team, and also one of the best in the league. On top of that, he’s set up to have more opportunities than ever this season.

With Lowry and PJ Tucker joining the starting lineup, opposing defenses can’t zone in on Robinson behind the three-point line. Since defenders will have to cover other players more tightly, Robinson should get more easy looks.

If Lowry and Butler can feed Robinson behind the three-point line, he might just be able to average 20 points per game. In addition, if he can develop a better two-point shot, then it’s game over for the rest of the league.
