Players who would thrive in Miami Heat Culture: Draymond Green

Draymond Green, Beverley, and Smart are all defensive-minded, hard-nosed players. That’s just what Heat Culture is all about, so all three players would fit super well.

Similar to Smart, Green has made a career out of being the toughest, best defender on the court. The difference is, Green has done it at a championship level.

Green is a three-time All-Star for a reason, and it’s not because of his scoring abilities. His defense, playmaking, and intensity are what earned him those honors.

In recent years, people seem to have forgotten just how good Green can be if put in the right situation. He is a constant triple-double threat even if he doesn’t score ten points.

He does whatever it takes to win without needing the ball in his hands. Green is one of the best defenders in the NBA and constantly helps his teammates in every way possible.

If the Heat could somehow find a way to get Green on this current roster, they would immediately be championship favorites. That’s how impactful of a player Green can be.

His personality and playstyle embody everything Heat Culture stands for. Green might be the best example around the league when it comes to players who would fit in well with the Miami Heat.
