Throughout the years, there have been some fairly impressive records set. This goes for both Miami Heat history and NBA history as a whole.

Wilt Chamberlain scored 100 points in a game, which is likely unbeatable. As for the Heat, Hassan Whiteside put up 12 blocks in a game which, while it may be beatable, is absolutely crazy.

Whenever a player sets a record it’s always super impressive, and usually, only the greats end up doing so. However, as they say, some records are made to be broken.

What are some of the records in Miami Heat history that could end up being broken this season? Which players will break them, and why are they likely to do so?

Miami Heat team records that could be broken this season: Threes made in a game

As of today, the most threes made in a single game by a Miami Heat player is 10. Duncan Robinson set that record in December of 2019.

Since then, Robinson has greatly improved as both a player and a shooter. There’s always a solid chance he could break his own record this season.

This year, Robinson will have more talent than ever around him. With this, he should be able to get a ton of open looks, and in turn, could have a monster game from deep at one point.

11 threes in a game may seem like an impossible task, but with the number of threes he has been taking, it’s certainly not impossible. Maybe this is the year Robinson breaks his own record.
