Miami Heat: Best trade ever done with the Atlanta Hawks
By Jack Simone
As the offseason draws to a close, it is clear that the Miami Heat were very active in free agency. They made some great moves that set them up well for the upcoming season.
However, they did not end up making any moves in the trade market. There were a ton of rumors all throughout the summer, but nothing ended up happening.
Technically, Miami did make the Kyle Lowry signing a sign-and-trade. That being said, it was a free agency signing at its core, so that doesn’t really count.
This may be for the best, but trades are always a very fun part of the offseason. It’s super entertaining to see different players change teams ahead of the season.
During the dead part of the offseason, we have been looking at Miami’s trade history with various teams. It has been a pretty fun activity to fill the void of the offseason.
Well, since the season still hasn’t started, we’re going to revisit that trend. As per usual, we let a wheel decide which team we will be looking at today.
This time around, the random NBA team wheel chose the Atlanta Hawks. So, how many trades have the Miami Heat and the Hawks made over the years?
In total, the two teams have completed four trades. Some have obviously been more significant than others, but there have been four trades nonetheless.
Regardless, it is now time to evaluate the trades and see which one was best. Which trade ended up being the best for the Miami Heat?
