The Miami Heat just wrapped up their preseason with a 100-121 win over the Boston Celtics. They ended their campaign with a 5-1 record overall.

Miami looked great out there, and it gives a lot of hope for the regular season ahead. Whether it was overall team play or specific players, there’s a lot to be excited about.

Unfortunately, Miami ended up having to cut their training camp players, but they might be back to spend time in the G-League. Regardless, there were plenty of other great things that happened.

Alright, this may sound like a fairly vague statement, but the fact is that this Miami Heat team looks good. Not only that, but they look primed to head on a deep playoff run.

Now, there’s no need to jump the gun, they still have to play consistently well in the regular season. But based on this preseason stint alone, things are looking up.

They look poised to be one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference and are going to be a tough out in the playoffs. People were thinking that beforehand, but now there’s some on-court proof to back it up.

Fans should be looking forward to a long, fun season of Miami Heat basketball. They are going to be a force to be reckoned with this season.
