The Miami Heat have only played a few games this year and they play their fourth game tonight. They are 2-1 and off to a pretty good start overall.

Statistics are super useful as the season goes on but can be kind of misleading early on. A hot or cold start to the season could lead to some crazy statistics that don’t equate to how good a player or team is.

Well, just three games into the season, there are certainly some wild stats. Some are good, some are bad, but all of them are kind of wild to think about.

For the most part, these stats don’t mean anything, but they are interesting to look at. What are some Miami Heat stats that stand out just three games into the season?

Hot. 3 trades that would help beef up the rotation. light

Crazy Miami Heat stats that stick out: Jimmy Butler 3PT% (33.3%)

Jimmy Butler is currently shooting over 30% from behind the three-point line. Doesn’t that statement have a nice ring to it? He hasn’t done that since signing with the Miami Heat.

If Butler can shoot above 30% from deep for the whole season, the Heat could be a very dangerous team. Unfortunately, this stat is one that only exists because of a small volume.

In the three games Miami has played, Butler has taken three total threes. It just so happens that he made one of them, equating to a 33.3% three-point percentage.

This is a great stat to see regardless of how few shots he may have taken. If he can keep up this sort of efficiency, even if it is on a small volume, it would be great for the Miami Heat.
