The Miami Heat season is fully underway and the team has gotten off to a hot, 3-1 start. They’ve looked really solid as a team and will be looking to constantly improve as well.

The Eastern Conference is in a very weird spot this season. Some unexpected teams have jumped up towards the top of the conference, while others have fallen way short of expectations so far.

It’s definitely too early in the season to make any crazy judgments, but there are certainly some things that can be looked at. Whether those things are good or bad is to be determined.

What are some takeaways from the start of the season so far? What things should fans be worried about, and what should they be super excited about?

Takeaways from the start of the Miami Heat season: The team is good

Okay, this is a very general statement, but this all has to start with the fact that they are already 3-1. They are off to a hot start while some of their Eastern Conference counterparts are struggling.

The Nets and Celtics are below .500 at the time of writing this, and the Heat have beaten both the Bucks and the Nets thus far. It’s been nothing short of a phenomenal start.

Sure, the loss to the Pacers hurts, but it was in overtime. They just couldn’t end up pulling out the win, but those types of games are going to happen.

The Miami Heat are a team to be reckoned with this season. Their 3-1 start is anything but a fluke, and other teams around the league need to take notice.
