The Miami Heat are having a heck of a season when you look at things in totality. That’s the only viable conclusion when you look at what they’ve been able to do and how they’ve been able to do it.

Looking at their roster from the top down, they’ve absolutely maximized each and every part of it. Like most other teams, they’ve dealt with their fair share of injuries and absences due to health and safety protocols, but they have handled it marvelously.

The Miami Heat have been able to navigate their situation like few other teams could, if any at all.

Not only have they been able to sustain with the roster absences they’ve endured, but they’ve been able to get ahead and stay ahead in a lot of places.

When you look at the Eastern Conference race, they’ve climbed to within only a fraction of a game of the number two seed, all while missing their best two players in Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo for substantial amounts of time.

When you think about the fact Bam Adebayo is on his way back while hoping that Jimmy Butler will be able to find some semblance of consistent health moving forward, the potential is scary good for this Miami Heat team.
