Miami Heat Rumors: The Bradley Beal Noise Just Won’t Stop
When you look at what’s going on, what’s been going on with Beal and Washington, only one type of scenario comes to mind. It isn’t one that is farfetched or out there as it may seem.
Follow along here. Think, Ben Simmons, who wanted his money—but didn’t necessarily want his scenario in the end, though not exactly the same.
Bradley Beal could, potentially, be a free agent this summer and if he were to get offered a max contract, then it would be at the absolute maximum of $245 million over five years.
That’s according to the report and based on the fact that original teams can offer more than another team that signs a free agent on a maximum deal.
If one were to guess what Beal will do in this spot, then it’s fair to think he would re-sign for the max, only asking for a trade midway through the deal. You can’t blame him there though, as that would be the smart thing for him to do.
You have to always favor a human being favoring themselves and going for the “bag” and for Beal here, he could have the best of both worlds. He could get his money—only before then getting to go to another team.
