With the market revealing itself to be not as pricey as it seemed and with names still out there, the Miami Heat have an opportunity before them.

One of those and also one that has been linked to the Heat is Atlanta forward, John Collins. Collins is a rising young star in the NBA.

He is a very skilled player who seems to be improving as his understanding of the game grows.

However, he is not the right fit for the Miami Heat right now.

There are several positives to wanting Collins though. He is a powerful force inside the paint.

He is an average defender and above-average rebounder. He can even space the floor.

He would be able to fill some of the holes that Miami needs to fill, such as an improved offense and upgrading size. However, the Heat would need to make a lot of moves in order to acquire Collins.
