The Miami Heat are in a very dicey scenario at the current moment. Hard at work to seek out a deal for another high-impact player, one can only assume, such as Kevin Durant and Donovan Mitchell, who have both been mentioned ad nauseam.

Yes, it would be wonderful to have another high-level guy in the fold, as that would not only add some excitement to an anxiety-inducingly sluggish Miami Heat offseason, but it would have the potential to mean an improvement in their chances of a title next season.

Now, whether any or all of the guys they’ve been linked to can have that type of impact on the team is one thing, depending on who the team would have to relinquish to land them, their fit, and actual value to Heat, but trying is the name of the game.

The Miami Heat don’t tank. They are always trying to win.

That’s something you can be sure of.
