This coming season might be the biggest year yet for young Miami Heat big, Bam Adebayo. There’s been a lot of talk about whether Adebayo is a true star in this league and whether or not he can be one of the two best players on a championship team.

These conversations can be a bit puzzling, as Adebayo has steadily improved in every season since he came into the league. His numbers are always going up and his overall basketball IQ continues to expand, which helps him dominate the game on both sides of the floor.

He came into the league as a pick-and-roll lob threat who could play physical defense but has now grown into being a 20-point-per-game scorer. And that’s still while being among the best, if not the single best, defenders in the league.

While the development has been fun to watch, fans want more from him, as there is a need for more ball-dominant Bam. This season, expectations of him are high and he, himself, even knows that he has to do more.

With the pressure on Adebayo being at an all-time high, here are the ceiling and floor for Bam Adebayo’s 2022-23 season.
