Before any NBA season begins, players across the league on all teams, including the Miami Heat, are competing at a high level. As for the Heat themselves, they’ve set a high standard for player development, but it doesn’t get mentioned enough about the standards that they hold their players to.

A perfect way of describing it is the good old No-Nonsense approach.

And while they have typically shared a lot of the same characteristics as the Miami Heat, from a culture perspective, this has, unfortunately, not been the case thus far for the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors.

On Wednesday, it was reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN that Draymond Green, a 10-year veteran and four-time NBA champion, all with Golden State, was involved in an altercation with rising star, Jordan Poole.

Less than 48 hours later, footage of the incident would surface and has subsequently, made the rounds throughout the media.
