Miami Heat Win Over Suns, 112-113, A Portrait Of What They Still Can Be

You take Caleb Martin in example, forcing a huge steal after Ayton secured, yet another, rebound for a second chance opportunity for the Suns that led to a Miami Heat transition bucket.

You take the huge charge taken from Kyle Lowry late, immediately after he had a big traveling turnover with the Miami Heat closing back in on Phoenix’s lead. Every single thing Bam Adebayo does at any given moment at the defensive end of the floor can be mentioned—just pick one.

And while the same could be said for this guy, you take this play, the biggest one of the game as his superlative for the evening.

And then, on the other side, everyone showed up as well. It was a glorious sight to behold.

Jimmy Butler would be his usual self, giving the Heat whatever they needed at any given point and to the tune of 16 points, 13 rebounds, and seven assists on Monday night.

He just gives them what they need at the biggest moments. He’s the motor, but he wasn’t he only one moving the car along on Monday.
