The Miami Heat are coming off two of their worst defeats of the year in their last two contest.

Though this has already been a season, for as short as it has been, that has been filled with numerous ups and downs, the last two losses are of the most painful nature due to how they happened and who they happened to.

Coming off one of the biggest wins of the year, for any club after beating the league-leading 18-4 Celtics at that point who had just come off a win over these same Miami Heat in the immediate game prior, they would drop two wins to two clubs that shouldn’t have been able to get wins over them.

For starters and with a fully healthy batch of guys going, for the most part, the Miami Heat would drop a game to the Grizzlies in Memphis where they had the opposite going, their top three guys down.

Then, as we all know by now, they would drop a game to one of the worst teams in the entire league, the Detroit Pistons. Though the Pistons have been trending upward in very recent weeks, with wins over Utah, Denver, and Dallas, the Miami Heat had no business taking that painful defeat at home to that ball club.
