Miami Heat can mend and get a few wins during light Christmas week

The Miami Heat are coming off one of their better stretches of play on the season thus far. Though they didn’t beat the highest level of competition, with wins over Indiana, Oklahoma City, Houston, and San Antonio in their past four games, they were able to handle their business in all four of the games and on the road, nonetheless.

Winning that consistently, no matter the opponents, is something that has, shamefully, escaped Miami this season. But there is no need to cry over spilled milk, as they have now secured their first real bit of consistency on the season.

And they’ll have a chance to build on that in the coming week, the week leading into the Sunday that is the Christmas holiday in 2022. Entering that week, their December schedule hasn’t exactly been kind to them.

With a jam-packed itinerary since the top of the month, the Miami Heat have been on the court quite a bit thus far in December.
