Pondering Kyle Lowry among Miami Heat’s unlikelihood to break roster up

The Miami Heat have fallen into their traditional holes at times this season. Failing to maintain consistency, relaxing on their core principles, and not playing for each other are all key examples of things that go wrong for them when it’s all going bad.

Among them, perhaps simply a by-product or illness related to the above symptoms is their offensive stagnancy. And that problem almost was the reason that one of their latest good efforts came up short.

Coming back, on the back of their defense, against the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday, they began to go stale in the crunch moments of the game. But with under three minutes left on the clock, the Miami Heat got a flurry of offense from one of the likeliest unlikely sources.

That would be their veteran point guard, their QB1, or simply—Kyle Lowry. When the Miami Heat found themselves needing it the most on Sunday late in the game, Lowry took over the game for them, giving them all they needed to hang on.
