Kel'e Ware has found himself in the news for all the wrong reasons of late. But as his "professionalism" has been questioned, Miami Heat Dwyane Wade was quick to offer a bit of advice that will go a long way in helping Ware get the start to his sophomore campaign back on track.

In what could end up being invaluable advice to live by, as long as he's a member of the Heat's organization, Wade echoed that if "Ware is going to listen to anybody, he should listen to Spo."

Erik Spoelstra has done it all for the Heat

With the career that Spo has had with the Heat, it's hard to ignore that piece of advice from Wade. Spo has been through it all, and he's seen it all. He started at the bottom as a video coordinator and paid his dues by working his way up to the top of the organization.

And one day, he's probably going to be the one calling the shots as the President of the team. Spo played a large hand in the development of some of the Heat's legendary players, from Wade himself to the likes of Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo.

Ware could be the next in line of great talents that have been marked by Spo's influence. But, as Wade said in this snippet, it takes "buy-in." And, especially for young players, that's a difficult thing to do.

Will Kel'el Ware reach his ceiling?

But one thing that Spo did mention about Ware is that the talent is clearly there. For anyone watching Ware, that's pretty evident to see. But what makes a player special in the NBA is when talent meets buy-in. That's when we truly see breakout seasons and moments for players.

For Ware, that could be the next step in his game. And these calls to action by both Spo and now Wade are clearly signs of what could be next for Ware.

Whether Ware hits his ceiling or not as a player will ultimately come down to how he operates over the next few years. And that starts now. Over the last few games, we've seen Ware at his best. But, especially for Ware, the question is whether he'll meet the level of consistency that Spo is asking for.

While Ware has seemingly answered Spo's call over the last couple of games, the biggest test for him will happen in training camp and when the regular season begins.

But if Ware takes this advice from Wade in stride, he should find himself in the perfect position to be successful this season and beyond.
