Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler has been downgraded for Sunday’s road game against the Indiana Pacers, delaying his return from a sprained right ankle for at leats another day.

After missing the last three games, Butler had been listed as questionable for Sunday’s game at Indiana, but was ruled out Sunday morning.

The Heat have started Terry Rozier, Tyler Herro, Haywood Highsmith, Kevin Love and Bam Adebayo in the games Butler has missed.

The expectation is that Butler will return for Monday night’s home game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Sunday’s game will wrap up Miami’s six-game trip, most of which will be played without Butler, who sprained his right ankle in the first quarter of the Nov. 8 game in Denver. The Heat (5-6) have gone 2-3 on the trip and have a chance to improve to .500 with a second straight win against the Pacers.
