From now until the end of the season, we'll be going over the best Miami Heat moments, handing out some superlatives and maybe even spotlighting some lowlights from the week that was.

Disclaimer: This does not include Sunday night's victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers as that will be included next week. This edition includes the week of Dec. 1-7.*

Best dunk: Bam Adebayo gives Max Christie a Kodak moment

The Miami Heat put together their best offensive outing of the season with a 134-93 demolition job on the Los Angeles Lakers. While Tyler Herro was the center of attention with his three-point barrage, Bam Adebayo also had a huge highlight with a ferocious dunk on Max Christie.

Adebayo managed to get by Anthony Davis who attempted to play the passing lane, and only took one dribble to get to the basket and throw down a monstrous jam on Christie who tried to challenge Adebayo at the rim instead of making a business decision to move out of the way.

There were a fair share of great dunks from Adebayo on lobs from Duncan Robinson and Tyler Herro, but Adebayo was in the air for a long time. Coupled with the power behind the dunk, it's only right that this highlight takes the cake for dunk of the week.

Best perfomance: Tyler Herro lights up the Lakers

The best part of Tyler Herro's performance is that Herro did a ton of his damage in the third quarter where Herro knocked down seven triples. Herro finished the night with 31 points and nine total 3s, and although the Lakers poor defensive effort lead to many open 3s, hitting seven 3s in a quarter isn't something that happens often.

Herro made a fair amount of tough 3s, with one leading to a four-point play after being fouled by one of the premiere defenders in the league in Anthony Davis.

Herro has done a phenomenal job of rejecting screens or hitting shots before the defense either switches or blitzes. In the instance below, Herro hit the ultimate heat check from the Kaseya Center logo as if it were a free-throw attempt.

There were other honorable mentions such as Adebayo or Jimmy Butler's performance vs the Phoenix Suns, but Herro's barrage of triples takes the honors for me as this was all done in three quarters. And a relatively close game would have ultimately led to Herro breaking the franchise record for most 3s in a game.

Best sequence: Adebayo closes out the Suns on both ends

Adebay's best performance of the week by far was against the Phoenix Suns, finishing with 25 points 12 rebounds and eight assists. In the many highlights Adebayo put together against Phoenix, none was better than the back-to-back possessions Adebayo had to close out the game. Adebayo had a lot of success as the playmaking hub in this game, and his eighth and final assist was a rocket to Haywood Highsmith who converted the wide open layup.

In the following Suns possession, Adebayo picked up Suns star Devin Booker on a switch, forcing a tough layup and a miss which led to a Herro triple to put the lead up to thirteen which essentially ended the game.

This moment takes the award for best sequence of the week as Adebayo showcased why he is regarded as one of the best two-way players in the world. The pass was sweet, but to lock up one of the best scorers in the league in Booker is why Miami feels comfortable switching Adebayo onto the perimeter to guard offensive superstars.

Funniest moment: Duncan Robinson does his best Tyler Herro impression

In the 2020 NBA Finals, Herro had one of the most memorable moments after converting an and-one on Rajon Rondo and hitting a snarl. Many found the moment either funny or cringe, but there is no denying that Herro's snarl was one of the biggest trends during the Finals.

In the matchup against the Suns, Duncan Robinson knocked down five triples. After one of them, Robinson hilariously attempted his best Herro snarl impression.

There is no other moment that can top this one as funniest moment of the week. And if Robinson continues to shoot lights out, I'm pretty sure Heat Nation wouldn't mind seeing more snarls or mean mugs from Robinson.
