3 Potential free agent Heat targets with ties to Bam Adebayo

The odds of Miami being able to afford Mailk Monk this offseason are slim, but Monk and Adebayo were teammates at Kentucky. Monk would be a good fit for a Heat team in need of more scoring and athleticism. Monk would provide both. Monk can create his shot and get hot quickly, and has found his role in the NBA as a Sixth Man of the Year candidate.
A two-man game between Monk and Adebayo would be fun to watch. If Miami were to free up the necessary cap space or move Tyler Herro, Monk could make a lot of sense. Still, it seems unlikely.
