2. Toronto Raptors

Having ranked 25th in offensive rating last season, the Toronto Raptors are another team that could use a scoring jolt. Herro can provide that as a 20-point scorer over the last three seasons. Toronto is likely not bringing back Gary Trent Jr. as well, creating a ned for perimeter scoring and 3-point shooting.

The Raptors are stuck between being too bad to contend, but too good to tank. Herro can help nudge them more in the winning direction. He fits the team’s timeline without putting too much pressure to develop more quickly. He would be a nice fit alongside their young core of Scottie Barnes and Immanuel Quickley. 

Toronto can provide Herro with a fresh start and eliminate the trade rumors and pressure to make a significant jump in his game for a Heat team with title aspirations. In Toronto, he could develop at his own pace.
