Miami gets: Nikola Vucevic, Alex Caruso, Torey Craig

Now we’re getting a little crazy, but if the Bulls go on a rough stretch between now and the deadline they could look to finally break up the team and retool around Coby White and Patrick Williams. Lowry would help them get off Nikola Vucevic’s long-term money and, if they do decide to blow it up, Alex Caruso is an obvious trade candidate considering what they could get for him from contenders.

The Heat have to include Nikola Jovic and draft picks but, in return, they reshape the team with size and defense. Vucevic, a floor-spacing center with scoring chops, could partner with Adebayo in the front court. Caruso would give the Heat one of the best defensive guards in the NBA to defend the likes of Damian Lillard, Tyrese Maxey, Donovan Mitchell, Jalen Brunson and Tyrese Haliburton in the playoffs.

It doesn’t seem like the Bulls are close to the point of a teardown, but anything could happen in the next three weeks.
