Bam Adebayo, defensive end

The perennial Defensive Player of the Year candidate in the NBA would make an A-plus defender in the NFL. Put Adebayo on the end of the defensive line and let him wreak havoc.

Low centers of gravity are usually ideal for pass rushers, but linemen like Calais Campbell (6-foot-8) have forged long careers because of their overwhelming stature.

At 6-foot-9, 255, Bam would make life difficult for opposing quarterbacks, who would have a hard time throwing passes in his direction without them getting deflected at the line.

The 49ers struggle to get a pass rush opposite of Bosa, so we’re giving them Adebayo to help put pressure on Patrick Mahomes.
