4. Nikola Topic , point guard, Serbia

Following the news that projected top-10 pick Nikola Topic has a partially torn ACL, many are wondering how far he could fall in the draft. If he were to fall to 15, the Heat could have a chance to draft one of this class's most intriguing talents.

Topic has good touch around the basket and for a younger player, has advanced footwork and uses crafty moves to get his shot off from under the rim. He has a quick first step and can get downhill to attack the paint.

Beyond his scoring at the basket, Topic's strength is as a playmaker who sees the floor well and can make any pass. Standing at 6-foot-6, Topic can see over defenses and deliver passes to the roll man or cutters behind the play.

Topic needs to improve his jump shot to be a total threat offensively. He shot under 30% from three-point range last season and defenses in the ABA did not close out when he caught the ball beyond the arc.

Defensively, Topic has the tools to be an average to above-average defender if he can show more effort. Last season, he didn't move his feet well and was routinely beaten off the dribble. Cleaning that side of the ball up will be a focus for any team that drafts him.
