Korkmaz is less of a primary ball handler than the other guards included in this list, but he’s experienced and, at 6-foot-7, provides the kind of size the Heat are missing with Richardson sidelined.

A career 35.6% 3-point shooter, Korkmaz can get hot from deep and is willing to play a role in the offense.

After requesting a trade from Philadelphia, Korkmaz got his wish on deadline day but then was subsequently waived by the Pacers. He wants to play and there would be minutes available in Miami while Rozier and Richardson are out.

But those minutes will dry up when the team is healthy. Signing Korkmaz to a 10-day contract might make the most sense if the Heat went in this direction.
