1. Hassan Whiteside Blocks and Rebounding Leader

As a Heat fan, there should be zero Hassan Whiteside slander tolerated. Sure, he got a max contract from Pat Riley and then never seemed as hungry or engaged. It didn’t work out, but Whiteside (along with Dragic) kept the Heat afloat for years before Butler’s arrival. 

Whiteside was a dominant specimen as a true 7-foot presence in the paint during his time in Miami. That notion is well documented by his ability to earn the NBA’s blocks leader award in 2016 and rebounding leader in 2017, respectively. He averaged 14.1 points, 11.9 rebounds and 2.4 blocks across 324 games in his five-year Heat career. 

Although he never earned an All-Star nod during this time, there may be relevant statistics to argue he should have.
