3. What’s your biggest concern about the roster?

Riccio: Finding a way to get Bam Adebayo to the power forward position. Adebayo, among others, has publicly expressed an interest in wanting to slide over to the four. His full potential as a two-way force cannot be reached if he is limited to playing only the center position. The only route the Heat can go here is hoping that newly drafted rookie Kel’el Ware is ready to play impactful NBA minutes early on.

Villasis: The offense. Even when the team was healthy, the Heat had one of the worst offenses in the league. With most of the team coming back, Miami needs to figure out how to be more effective on the offensive side of the ball.

Marshall: The roster is stale. It’s Year 6 for the Jimmy Butler era and sometimes players get sick and tired of each other. Maybe Terry Rozier being around for training camp and better health luck will brighten the mood.
