4. The Heat re-acquire their franchise GOAT

It was a shot to the heart when Dwyane Wade left the Heat to join the Chicago Bulls in 2016. But it was an even bigger blow to watch Wade sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers a year later.

On the topic of rough watches, the Heat were not a fun team to watch in the 2017-18 season. Goran Dragic and Dion Waiters struggled to capture some of the magic from the previous season and there wasn't much upside on the roster other than rookie Bam Adebayo.

The Heat needed a jolt. When the Cavaliers rebuilt their roster around LeBron James at the deadline, a chance for a reunion surfaced when Miami needed it most.

In one of the most exciting moments in Heat history, Woj reported that the Heat had traded for Wade, bringing the franchise GOAT back to his house, where Wade should have played for his entire career.

During Wade’s final seasons in Miami, even more great memories were made, such as Wade’s game-winning shot against the Philadelphia 76ers and the buzzer-beater against the Golden State Warriors, when Wade got on top of the announcers' table to embrace the fans, as he did in 2009 against the Chicago Bulls.

This goes down by far as the biggest Miami Heat Woj bomb, as it was unclear if Wade was going to finish his career in Miami. Instead, Wade went on to get a proper farewell tour, during which Heat fans all across the world celebrated and cherished him during his last two seasons in the NBA.
