Best NBA prop bets today for Bulls vs. Heat

  • Coby White OVER 2.5 three-pointers
  • Bam Adebayo OVER 37.5 points+rebounds+assists
  • Chicago first half team total UNDER 49.5 points

Coby White OVER 2.5 three-pointers

The Bulls offense will probably not have the same showing they did in the first round of the play-in tournament when they got whatever they wanted offensively against the Atlanta Hawks. However, White’s performance was hard to ignore after the former first-round pick finished with 42 points on 15-of-21 shooting. White knocked down three triples against the Hawks and now has a tougher matchup, but a low 3-point prop that he can go over.

White is shooting 37.6% from downtown on the season. Though the Heat are one of the best perimeter defenses in the NBA (No. 5 against 3s), White has gone over this number in his last six games against Miami. He hit four 3-pointers in all four games against the Heat during the regular season.

Bam Adebayo OVER 37.5 points+rebounds+assists

Miami’s offense will be more balanced without star forward Jimmy Butler in the lineup and Adebayo will have a bigger impact after finishing with a 10-point, 12-rebound double-double in the play-in loss to Philadelphia Wednesday.

Chicago’s defense might be No. 1 in the NBA in points in the paint allowed, but that didn’t stop Adebayo from scoring 47 points on 16-of-28 shooting in two games against the Bulls during the regular season. Adebayo eclipsed this combo prop in both games against Chicago in November, putting up an average of 39.5 points+rebounds+assists. Adebayo can feast against a Chicago defense that is 23rd in the NBA against shots from 2-point range.

Chicago first half team total UNDER 49.5 points

A team prop to finish it off. In a high-stakes game with intensity at its highest, trust that these teams will lean on defense while the offenses play their style. Fortunately for this bet, the style of these two teams is to slow it down. Both of these offenses are bottom-5 in the NBA in pace, which means limited possessions.

Lean toward Miami to take advantage of those limited possessions by getting stops against Chicago’s offense, which is bottom-10 in the NBA in road scoring. Miami is the No. 1 defense in the Eastern Conference in first-half scoring, giving up just 54.3 points per game. On the other side, Chicago is 26th in the league in first-half scoring. In a projected low-scoring rock fight with a playoff spot on the line, take the Bulls to start slow.
