Kevin Love was one of Miami's better players coming off the bench for most of the year. The Month of January has not been kind to Miami or Love. Love's ability to stretch the floor has been vital for Miami's offense.

For January, Love has shot 22% percent from 3. Love has been getting open looks. There is no excuse for him not making 3s. Miami needs him to make shots. It is simply that. Keeping Love on the floor is complicated when he is not making shots. Defensively, Love isn't a bad team defender, but he struggles to guard the pick-and-roll in most matchups.

Love may have broken out of his slump in Wednesday's win over the Kings, scoring eight points on 2 of 4 shooting (2 of 3 from distance) and dishing three assists. Hopefully, this is a sign of Love's stock rising again.
