2. Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana Pacers

Stats: 44.7% on 8.9 3PA

If this surprises you, please pay more attention to smaller market teams. Haliburton has shot over 40% every season of his four-year career. He's always been a threat from deep, but things are different this season. He shot 40% on 5.7 attempts over the last three years.

His uptick in volume is a testament to his growth as a player. He's added new tricks to his arsenal. He stretches the defense 30 feet from the basket, can operate as a stationary shooter, and has been destroying defenses off the bounce.

Haliburton is a playmaker for others by nature, but his improved scoring/shooting numbers make him a complete offensive threat. The Pacers are a team to watch with Haliburton at the helm.
